The worst experience ever!
I bought a product that never came, I have emailed 3 times requesting my refund and to cancel my subscription as it is impossible to cancel it online, no answers so far and I have tried calling them and they are not opened at 9:10, but working hours is 9:00-17:00.
I want my refund for a product that I never received and my subscription cancelled ?

Really disgusted with this company. Cancelled my subscription but they still keep charging. Tried to cancel again and the site does not recognise me. Takes days to get a reply from the company. AVOID !

The products may be alright but the steps you need to go through to cancel a subscription is ridiculous. I thought I had already cancelled mine only to realise I didn’t because yet another order came through. A company that lets you go through 10 pages of clicking “I still want to cancel” cannot be trusted. Sack your digital guys, not a great customer experience

I wanted to try the Feel Pro collagen after reading the great reviews. Unfortunately the taste is terrible. I'm not sure how there are reviews saying how great it tastes as has a bad after taste (similar to lemsip) even when it's mixed in with juice. I tried contacting them to see if they have an alternative like a flavourless variant but no one replied. Also the 30 day money back guarantee doesn't apply to the collagen - if it did I would absolutely be returning it and going back to the previous brand I bought.

Protein bars were stale and dry, with a best before date of only in 3 months' time. So asked for refund under Money Back Guarantee only to be told it doesn't apply to bars. Not true - on their website the guarantee is advertised for the bars very clearly. Can't reach anyone by phone and no email replies after the first one. Very poor customer service for a start up, and misleading advertising. Not happy.

I signed up for a 'free' trial - I want to cancel.

I've now been told by customer services that I have to have two shipments before cancelling. The website clearly states "No contract. Easy, free cancellation – anytime" this is untrue. You can't cancel anytime.

This feels like a scam. I now have to go to the trouble of cancelling my debit card so that this unethical company can't take any more of my money.

I am very disappointed with Feel's product which I recently have used. I had used collagen products after Feel's customer service agent recommendation. Almost two months later, after using this product, my forehead skin get worse and started to very dry with white flakes and itching symptoms, which I just stopped immediately and I am consulting my GP to find out more information to avoid any other bad outcome. Also, I can see the better difference after stopping these products. I will never recommend to anyone about these products, please do not buy the products just on the website review. Your health is very important and we (customers) are not here just for the product experiments. I am going to take further action in this matter.

Kinda feel like all the negative reviews are a bit harsh tbh, so wanted to jump on and leave my review of the actual product. I've been using the multivitamin for nearly a year and I absolutely love it! I'm awful at remembering to take my vitamin every day (adhd problems haha), but the feel website makes it super easy to delay your next order by a month so you don't wind up with a baglog of vitamins. The vitamins themselves are of a great quality and I've had no adverse side effects taking them like I have with other brands in the past. I really do feel like they make a great difference to my overall health, and I love that I don't have to take additional supplements as they literally contain everything you need. I also haven't experienced all the marketing nonsense others have commented on, but maybe I just unsubscribed when they first came in, no dramas, emails have an unsubscribe button for a reason lol. Also granted, I haven't tried to cancel so I can't comment on that process, but when it comes to it, if I have to give them a quick call then so be it, it's hardly the end of the world lol!

Keep having my order reordered when I've tried to cancel, has now happened twice. Did not apply a saving to my order when it was supposed to. Nothing wrong with the product but they make it very difficult to cancel. I 'Feel' like I've been scammed, If they have to have these processes in place they can't be a very good business. There's no legitimate reason to try and force people to call them to cancel.

They have growing pain (slow to get an answer from support), their offers are confusing (multivitamin and multivitamin gummies packages are the same), they have too many promo which is even more confusing (didn't knew if I subscribed to a one time buy or a membership, super confusing) BUT customer support totally handled my situation and sorted my issue without any discussion so it's positive in the end, hope they can improve, their products looks good, need improve customer relation and not to do so many confusing deals.

I bought the multivitamins for my daughter. product is great. packaging needs to be looked at.overall very satisfied with the product . It came in time. Thank you.

Placed an order had to change the date to an earlier date as the portion claimed on the packet was not correct they advised 14 portions on the complete meal and I barely got 11 using the scoop they provided. Then the drama unfolded as the date I requested dispatch they never dispatched the goods I called however lines would advise they open between 09:00 and 17:00 and I was calling at 09:55 sent an email and got no response a day later I got an email to advise the goods had been dispatched this was on the 12th of Jan when my order should have been dispatched on the 6th today is the 16th Jan and no sign of my order the tracking number they provided for whistl advises the package has not even been collected from them. They are not answering the phones of emails. As I was desperate for a vegan meal replacement to continue my plan I ordered on Sunday the 15th Jan 2022 from Huel and the goods are out for delivery in under 24hrs due to be delivered today on the 16th Jan 2022...

I wish I come on here before I bought stuff from them because what a waste of money,all the supplements do is make you feel sick,that sleep stuff and weight stuff what a load of rubbish,and I've sent them about 100 emails for my refund but don't reply, lies you haven't sorted anything still,you won't sort me a refund on the useless products I had from you your just 1 big con,all your products have done is give me a bad belly and that sleep stuff lol what a joke,you say money back guarantee that's a lie you got fake reviews on your site taking about a completely different product than advice,you offer discounts asking to put good comments about you,guys please don't use this company,if anyone says stuff has worked with them it's probably fake,I'm not letting it drop about my refund to so for the thousandth time il ask for my refund please

This company keeps re-starting the subscription without my consent and it won't allow me to cancel the subscription easily and asks me about 10 times if I still want to cancel while then trying to coerce me into staying when it comes to an end it still won't let me cancel and says someone will call me. They have taken over £60 off me for vitamins that are not working. I want a refund and my subscription cancelled. It should not be this hard. Avoid this company at all cost and use Biocare

I didn’t enjoy the product not for me. Unfortunately I didn’t even finish one bag When asked to electronically sign the subscription I didn’t, as I wanted to try the product first to check it suited me. I am therefore shocked to see a payment taken from my account today and an email confirmation of a new order. I don’t have an account with wearefeel and did not pre approve authorised payments therefore believe the law has been broken. This needs to be resolved immediately.
